“My research focuses on international environmental policy at the intersection of international relations and STS. Through ethnographic surveys, I first studied the United Nations' expertise on water, then that of UNEP on armed conflicts and disasters. These multi-site surveys have been extended to other places where knowledge is produced and circulated, such as national laboratories and institutes, and to new subjects such as marine biodiversity. I also took part in the MARIPOLDATA ERC project and this year joined the ANR SciOUTPOST project. My current research questions the epistemologies of expert knowledge and explores the monitoring of living organisms and our relationship with non-humans, as revealed by crises such as pandemics and climate change. Finally, I co-host the seminar ‘Rendre le vivant politique’ at ULB.”
