"My academic background is interdisciplinary, combining journalism, criminology, sociology, anthropology and, more recently, political science. Since 2021, I have been pursuing a joint PhD between the Université Libre de Bruxelles (Department of Political Science) and the Université de Montréal (Department of Sociology). As part of this, I am conducting a multi-sited ethnographic study (Belgium–Québec) focusing on various aspects of the diversity of activist tactics within environmental movements. I am interested in the processes of socialisation within collective action and in strategic and tactical developments, particularly within marginalised environmental groups.
