“Jean-Michel’s research are anchored in geography. His research’s interests concerning socio-ecological transformations are driven by those questions: How do environmental conversion commitments and practices (e.g., carbon footprint reduction) develop within families and affect the relationships/dynamics within them? How are long-distance mobility practices, especially tourist mobility, affected by individual or collective environmental concerns? How do social inequalities in housing contribute to environmental inequalities? What are the environmental effects of the development of telework in the context of a European metropolis?”
