The Belgian Climate Centre will organize a serie of workshops in collaboration with Professors Charles-Hubert Born (UCL), Hendrik Schoukens (UGent), Emmanuel Slautsky (ULB) and Romain Weikmans (ULB and iiTSE). The first session will occure on September 11 at Avenue Circulaire 3, 1180 Uccle. More session will be planned afterwards.

This first workshop will take stock of the various climate cases brought before the courts in Belgium and abroad and will provide an opportunity to address a range of questions and issues raised by these still emerging disputes.
